Allison Dodson

SVP, Director of Human Resources

Allison Dodson joined the bank in 1988. She currently serves as SVP, Director of Human Resources and oversees Human Resources and Training. Allison graduated Summa Cum Laude from Strayer University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She began her 33-year career at Jefferson Savings and Loan as a teller and has worked in many areas of The Fauquier Bank including Retail, Lending, Credit, Account, and the Executive Offices. Allison was named Assistant Corporate Secretary in 2016 and also serves as the Bank's S.A.F.E. Act Officer.

Chip Register

SVP, Chief Administrative Officer

Chip Register is part of the executive management team of The Fauquier Bank (FBSS), a community bank established in 1902 and offering a full range of financial services for commercial and retail customers through its banking offices located in northern Virginia. TFB service offerings include wealth management, digital banking, and a “high tech – high touch” experience which leverages technology for more efficient and cost effective delivery of services. As Chief Administrative Officer & CIO of TFB, Chip has more than 30 years of experience as a technologist, the last 20 of which have been focused on the area of financial services. He provides strategic technical and operational direction to TFB, which includes IT/Deposit operations; digital channels; payment services; eCommerce; Security and corporate administration. Over the course of managing multiple bank core and loan origination system implementations, strategic partnerships with industry innovators, and participating in the industry eMortgage initiative, Mr. Register has a critical understanding of the business/technology marriage necessary to ensure both the adoption and implementation of technology which supports business objectives. An active participant in the industry, he has provided lender leadership in the MBAA standards body, MISMO, as well as serving on technology committees within the Virginia Bankers Association and Virginia Association of Community Bankers and serves on the Fiserv Premier Advisory Council. He holds certifications in mortgage banking, including Certified Mortgage Technologist (CMT) and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), and is an alumnus of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at The Wharton School.

Marc Bogan

President & Chief Executive Officer

Marc J. Bogan joined Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. and The Fauquier Bank in February 2016. He began his banking career over two decades ago with Wachovia Bank. His experience includes community banking, private banking and wealth management. Most recently, Mr. Bogan served as President and Chief Operating Officer of NewDominion Bank, a community bank based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Christine Headly

EVP, Chief Financial Officer

Christine E. Headly joined The Fauquier Bank in 1999. She was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. in September 2016. She served as Senior Vice President and Controller of The Bank beginning in May 2013 through September 2016, and previously served as Vice President and Controller beginning in 2007 through May 2013. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.

Edna Brannan

SVP, Chief Credit Officer

Edna T. Brannan joined The Fauquier Bank in 2001, after an 18-year career with Bank of America. She is a graduate of The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Edna was named Corporate Secretary in July 2004. She is also Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, overseeing Credit Administration and Loan Support. She also manages the Bank's Special Assets.

Sally Marks

SVP, Trust Officer

Sally is the longest standing member of the Wealth Management team, having begun her career in the Trust Department in 1985. She obtained a B.S. from West Virginia University and during her career, has completed various schools and certifications, including Cannon Financial Institute Employee Benefits Graduate School, Cannon Personal Trust School, ABA National Trust School, ABA National Graduate Trust School, and Dalton Education Financial Planning Institute. Sally is a Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) and also holds FINRA series 6, 7 and 63 securities licenses. Most recently, she has achieved certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Sally lives in Fauquier County. She serves the community in various areas such as volunteering in her church, serving as founding treasurer of a local preschool and serving on the board of Hospice Support of Fauquier. In her free time, she enjoys, gardening, reading, yoga, and helping others.

John Adams

John B. Adams, Jr. has been a director of the Company since 2003 and director of the Bank since 2002. He was elected Chairman of the Company in January 2010 and Vice Chairman of the Bank in January 2004. Mr. Adams was employed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bowman Distillery from 1989 through October 2003. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bowman Companies, primarily a family real estate holding company, and as a director of Universal Corporation, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.

Kevin Carter

Kevin T. Carter has been a director of the Company and the Bank since 2016. He has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is currently the President of Guests, Inc. located in Strasburg, Virginia. He currently serves as a member of the Town Council in Warrenton, Virginia.

Donna Flory

Donna D. Flory has been a director of the Company and the Bank since 2015. She is the Vice President of The Flory Small Business Center, Inc. a nonprofit, tax exempt organization that assists the region's small businesses and start-up entrepreneurs access capital and develop business and marketing plans, located in Manassas, Virginia. She has been with the Center for over 20 years and is responsible for the Center's financial operations and human resources.

Randolph Frostick

Randolph D. Frostick, has been a director of the Company and Bank since January, 2009. He is Vice President and Shareholder of Vanderpool, Frostick and Nishanian, P.C., a law firm located in Manassas, VA., which focuses primarily on civil litigation, business, employment, and real estate transactions, financing, land use and development. He also serves his community through the Prince William County Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Frostick has been a resident of Fauquier County since 1987.

Jay Keyser

Jay B. Keyser has been a director of the Company and of the Bank since 2009. He is Chief Executive Officer of William A. Hazel, Inc., a site construction company headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia. Mr. Keyser has been with William A. Hazel for over 20 years, serving in various capacities during his tenure, including as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He holds an accounting degree from James Madison University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of CPAs. He has been a director and treasurer of Highland School.

Randolph Minter

JRandolph T. Minter has been a director of the Company and a director of the Bank since 1996. He became President and owner of Moser Funeral Home and Bright View Cemetery, Inc. in 1990. Mr. Minter has worked in various positions at the funeral home since 1980.

Brian Montgomery

Brian S. Montgomery has been a director of the Company and the Bank since 1990. He has been the owner and President of Warrenton Foreign Car, Inc. since 1972 and is the owner and manager of various commercial real estate properties located in Warrenton, Virginia.

Kurt Rodgers

P. Kurt Rodgers has been a Director of Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. and The Fauquier Bank since 2007. Mr. Rodgers is President of S.W. Rodgers Co., Inc., a Heavy Highway Site Contractor headquartered in Gainesville, Virginia, and operating throughout the Commonwealth. Prior to his appointment to President in 1998, he served in a variety of capacities within the company since its establishment in 1980.

Sterling Strange

Sterling (Tom) Strange has been a director of the Company and the Bank since 2007. He is the President and CEO of The Solution Design Group, Inc. an information technology consulting firm to the transportation industry, located in Warrenton, Virginia and Orlando, Florida. Prior to establishing The Solution Design Group in 2004, Mr. Strange founded Decision Support Technologies, Inc. which was sold to Air-Transport IT Services, Inc where he served as EVP and CSO.

Alex Hoffman

VP, Director of Deposit and IT Operations

Alex Hoffman joined The Fauquier Bank in 1998. He is the VP, Director of IT and Deposit Operations with responsibility of the bank's IT, Deposit Operations, and Facilities divisions. Mr. Hoffman is a 2012 graduate of the VBA School of Bank Management and currently serves on technology committees within the Virginia Bankers Association and Virginia Association of Community Bankers.

Abbie Ford

VP, Director of Retail Banking

Abbie Ford has worked 15 years in the community banking industry. During her 12+ years at The Fauquier Bank, Abbie has been engaged in many capacities, fulfilling many of the roles in the branches and operations. Dedicated to customer service as the Director of Retail Banking, she currently maintains oversight of the Retail channel-responsibilities that include sales, service, and solutions. Abbie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University and will graduate from the Virginia Banker's School of Bank Management in 2019. She is a member of the Virginia Banker's Emerging Bank Leaders and serves on the Retail Executives Committee.

David Hauck

VP, Loan Support Manager

David W. Hauck joined The Fauquier Bank in 2003. As Vice President he manages the Loan Support Department. The department's primary mission is to oversee all current loans on the Bank's core processing system and provide support to the Bank's loan customers as well as the Lending departments. His 35+ years in banking have predominately been with community banks.

Patrick Heijmen, CFP®

Patrick returned to The Fauquier Bank in 2018. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President and Program Manager at Middleburg Bank, a division of Access National Bank. Prior to that, he was at TFB from 2003-2005. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with a minor in business from the University of Texas at Austin. Patrick earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2006 and added the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation in 2010. Patrick also has Series 7, 66 registrations currently held through LPL Financial and Life and Health Insurance licenses. Throughout his career, Patrick has worked with individuals and small and mid-sized businesses on pursuing their financial goals and objectives.

Tammy Frazier

SVP, Controller

Tammy P. Frazier joined The Fauquier Bank in September 2017 and serves as Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining TFB, Ms. Frazier was SVP and Director of Financial Reporting for Access National Bank from April to September 2017, SVP and Controller of Middleburg Bank from 2014-2017, VP and Enterprise Risk Officer from 2011-2014, and manager with Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C. on their financial institutions team from 1995-2011. Ms. Frazier is a certified public accountant and received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Marymount University. She has over 20 years of work experience pertaining to the fields of accounting, auditing, and banking.

Jim Spedden, Jr.

SVP, Director of Commercial Banking

Jim Spedden, Jr. has held the position of SVP, Director of Commercial Banking at The Fauquier Bank since joining the bank in December of 2017. In this capacity, Jim is responsible for leading the revenue production for the commercial and mortgage banking teams. Jim began his banking career in 1987 with Wachovia, and most recently held leadership positions at PNC and M&T. Throughout his career, Jim's primary focus has been in commercial real estate lending and credit administration. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, with concentration in Finance and Human Resource Management. Jim currently serves as Treasurer of the Boys and Girls Club of Fauquier, and as a committee member of Fauquier Habitat for Humanity. Prior volunteer experience includes Board positions with Wesley Housing Development Corporation and Fellowship Square Foundation.
